Shipping policy
After placing your order, standard shipping takes up to 2-7 business days(depending on your location, time of the year(holiday time) and our inventory. During holiday time, shipping takes 5-10 business days.
ALL orders will need a 24-48 hour processing time to prevent fraudulent transactions. ALL orders that have different shipping and billing addresses will be asked to send additional proof of their identity prior to shipping out any orders.
Please note that we are NOT responsible for USPS scanning and processing time. Once we create your shipping label and drop off your order to USPS, the responsibility is now left with USPS. Please notify them at 1(800)275-8777 with your tracking number for any questions you may have after we ship your order. We will do our best at assisting when contacting USPS to make sure our customers receive their orders by giving you the exact USPS location we used to ship your items as well as proof your items were dropped off to their location. Any further assistance would be from USPS.
